West Plains R-7 District officials are congratulating two young bookworms from West Plains Elementary. Students recently participated in a Holiday Bingo Readers Challenge in the school library. Winners Zoey Diamond, first grade, and Charlie Risner, second grade, showed “incredible reading skills” to take their top spots, said officials.
