Alton artist’s work appears in national publication
From the Oct. 1, 1967, edition of the West Plains Daily Quill: THE FALLING SPRING MILL IN ‘HARRICAN HOLLER’ is one of the scenic attractions which can be seen on a float trip down the Eleven-Point River in Southern Missouri. The painting by J. Noel Tucker of Alton appears in an article about a floating trip on Eleven-Point in the October issue of Ford Times.
