Through July 27: The Country Gospel Ministries Central USA Regional Convention is underway at the Mtn. View Community Center, 125 W. First St. Loving the Lord dedicated worship sessions will be at 10 a.m. daily, and performances in designated categories will be given at 5:30 p.m. daily, with ballots provided for voting at the end of the evening. July 25 (10 a.m.) Chris Harlin will give a presentation at the Ozark County Historium on Gainesville’s Court Square, sharing highlights and stories from his family’s four-generation history with the Bank of Gainesville, now Century Bank of the Ozarks. The talk is free and open to the public.
