Cassandra Warren is the winner of the West Plains Lions Club's St. Patrick's Day Meat and Freezer Fundraiser, taking home a $550 prize package featuring a mini-freezer and a variety of meat from Mason's Midwest Meats. The drawing was held March 16, with ticket proceeds benefiting the club's local vision assistance, charity and service projects.
