Ozarks Pet Rescue is inviting the community to take part in a Jordan’s Way Live Fundraiser from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the rescue’s new location, 833 E. Main St. in West Plains.
The three-hour live fundraiser is part of Jordan’s Way’s national tour and will raise money to support animals in need through Ozarks Pet Rescue, a volunteer-run nonprofit organization.
The event will include games, challenges and activities, along with opportunities for community members to meet volunteers and support the rescue’s work. Organizers said every donation, large or small, will help provide care and second chances for homeless animals.
During the event, Jordan’s Way will match 100% of business donations received, allowing contributions to have twice the impact.
Ozarks Pet Rescue relies on donations and volunteer support to provide emergency veterinary care, food, supplies, spay and neuter services, vaccinations, microchipping, safe shelter, foster care, rescue and rehabilitation for abandoned, neglected and abused animals.
Local businesses are encouraged to consider making a tax-deductible donation during the event. Businesses that participate may also be recognized on Ozarks Pet Rescue’s social media pages.
Community members are invited to attend, volunteer and help make the event a success.
Ozarks Pet Rescue’s mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in need.
