Meet Piper, a male kitten, estimated to be about 5 months old, who was recently abandoned outside the
West Plains Regional Animal Shelter. According to shelter volunteer Trish Hammen, the young cat is a
sweetheart and would make a great family pet. The adoption fee is $40, which includes the cost of
neutering and vaccinations. To adopt Piper or learn about other animals available for adoption, visit the
shelter at 1486 BB Highway in West Plains or call 417-256-8438.
