Mazie is a large dog currently staying at the West Plains Regional Animal Shelter while awaiting a home. Shelter volunteers believe Mazie is a great Pyrenees and border collie mix. She is around 2 to 3 years old, spayed and up to date on vaccinations “Mazie loves attention and would make a good family pet,” said volunteer Trish Hammen. To meet Mazie or other animals at the shelter, visit the West Plains Regional Animal Shelter at 1486 BB Highway between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, or call 417-256-8438.
