Student leader Ruby Hinds, a senior at West Plains High School, recently toured the Missouri Capitol in Jefferson City. She was recognized by 154th District State Rep. David Evans, West Plains, with a resolution from the Missouri House for being selected as a Breckenridge Scholar. The Missouri Federation of Republican Women (MoFRW) held its annual Breckenridge Scholars and Legislative Day at the Missouri State Capitol on March 26.
