All classes are held at the Ozarks Healthcare Women’s Center. Classes are free for those delivering at Ozarks Healthcare; for families delivering elsewhere, a one-time $75 fee covers attendance for any or all sessions. Prepared Childbirth
• Focus: Breathing, relaxation, labor support and C-section preparation.

• Focus: Basic resuscitation skills for infants.
