A 24-year-old West Plains man suffered moderate injuries in a motorcycle crash at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday on PP Highway, 3 miles south of Brandsville, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Tpr. N.G. Britt, with Troop G of the patrol, Willow Springs, reported the man was traveling south on a 2018 Harley-Davidson which ran off the right side of the road and overturned.
The driver was reportedly not wearing a helmet and was flown by Air Evac to Cox South Medical Center in Springfield for treatment.
Cabool teen injured in collision with semi
A 16-year-old Cabool girl suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday on west U.S. 60 at O Highway in Diggins in Webster County.
Tpr. B.T. Cook, with Troop D of the patrol, Springfield, reported a northbound 2003 Ford F150 driven by the girl struck a southbound 2020 Western Star semitruck driven by a 48-year-old man.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts. The girl was taken by ambulance to Cox South for treatment. No injuries were reported for the other driver.
Salem man injured in Texas Co. crash
A 49-year-old Salem man suffered minor injuries in a crash at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday on north U.S. 63, 4 miles south of Houston in Texas County.
Tpr. N.M. Bogart, Troop G, reported a southbound 2024 Dodge Ram 3500 driven by the man ran off the right side of the road, struck a culvert, became airborne and came to rest in a fence.
He wore a seat belt, and he was taken by private vehicle to Cox South for treatment, the report shows.
Ava teen injured in Monday morning crash
A 17-year-old Ava boy suffered minor injuries in a crash at 12:01 a.m. Monday on Golf Course Road, 5 miles west of Ava in Douglas County.
Tpr. A. White reported an eastbound 2016 Chevrolet Silverado driven by the teen ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
The driver was not wearing a seat belt and was taken by private vehicle to Cox South for treatment.
