The Howell County Sheriff’s Office reported that on Aug. 10, skeletal remains were found, exhumed Aug. 15, and identification through the Missouri State Highway Patrol laboratory is pending. Following a request from the West Plains Daily Quill to the agency, a few more details have come to light.
