After 10 years of serving the West Plains community, The Perfect Massage is expanding its mission and services under a new name: Inner Paths Natural Wellness. Co-founded by Heather "Rowan" Galbreath and Alfred Cramer, the newly expanded center builds on a decade of trusted massage therapy while introducing a broader range of natural wellness and integrative coaching services for individuals, families and organizations across the Ozarks.
With its transition into Inner Paths, the business is growing into a comprehensive wellness center designed to support whole-person well-being. The owners say the expanded center emphasizes accessible, evidence-informed approaches that honor each person’s autonomy and lived experience.
“I’m proud of the 15 years we spent building The Perfect Massage,” Galbreath said. “This expansion allows us to offer even more tools for healing, clarity and resilience while keeping the same welcoming spirit our clients have always known.”
Cramer added that the new name reflects a growing need for practical support and compassionate guidance.
“Inner Paths reflects what so many people in our community are seeking — practical support, compassionate guidance and a place where well-being is approached with respect for the whole person,” he said.
In a shift from traditional payment structures, Galbreath noted that Inner Paths operates on a model of shared stewardship rather than fixed fees. The center uses a “Box on the Wall” system, allowing guests to offer contributions based on what they are able and moved to give.
“It’s a simple, heartfelt way for guests to offer contributions in the spirit of gratitude and reciprocity,” Galbreath said. “You’re invited to give as you feel moved, whether that’s a little, a lot or nothing at all. Your presence, your courage and your growth are already gifts to this space.”
While clients can expect the same high-quality massage therapy they have relied on for years, Inner Paths Natural Wellness now offers integrative wellness coaching for clarity, resilience and life transitions. It also incorporates guidance rooted in natural wellness traditions; trauma-aware, strengths-based coaching; workshops and retreats focused on emotional balance and personal development; and organizational and business coaching for leaders and teams.
Inner Paths Natural Wellness is welcoming new and returning clients. The center is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, located at 1524 Porter Wagoner Blvd. in West Plains, accessible via the back entrance through the white doors.
