Despite stormy skies and periods of heavy rain, car enthusiasts turned out Saturday for the West Plains Car Club’s 38th annual Wheels and Deals car show at First Church of God on Wayhaven Drive. The show featured 54 entries ranging from vintage cruisers to modern muscle cars.
