The Missouri Department of Transportation has scheduled lane reductions for two sections of eastbound U.S. 60 in Howell and Shannon counties as contractor crews perform concrete repairs starting next week.
In Howell County, eastbound U.S. 60 will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction between North Highway 17 and North Elm Street in Mtn. View. Weather permitting, work will take place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily from Monday through Friday.
In Shannon County, eastbound U.S. 60 will be reduced to one lane with a 14-foot width restriction between County Road 446 and County Road 445 near Winona. Weather permitting, work will take place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily from Tuesday through April 30.
Both work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the active areas.
