Lyn Jenkins, foreground, is the latest attorney to be sworn in and sign the roster in Howell County. She and her husband retired math teacher Robert Vaade, moved to the area from Texas, though she is originally from Doniphan and attended Washington University in St. Louis. The couple raised their children in Wisconsin before relocating to Texas to care for Jenkins' mother, ultimately deciding to return to southern Missouri. Jenkins specializes in family law.
