Pavement repairs planned in Texas, Wright counties

Contractor crews will reduce portions of VV Highway in Texas County and Highway 95 in Wright County to one lane beginning Aug. 17 for pavement repairs.

In Texas County, VV Highway will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction. The affected section is from Highway 119 to Highway 137 near Licking.

Weather permitting, work will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily Aug. 17 through Sept. 25.

In Wright County, Highway 95 will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction. The affected section is from Highway 32 to U.S. 60 near Mtn. Grove.

Weather permitting, work will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily Aug. 17 through Oct. 30.

Both work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the areas.
