The Thayer Fall Festival will bring an evening of free family entertainment, live music and classic autumn activities to downtown Thayer from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10.
The community celebration will feature crafts, bingo, a car bash, apple bobbing, and pumpkin carving and painting. Attendees can also browse local vendors and enjoy fall treats like caramel apples.
Live music will be provided by the Southern Edge Band and Jason McNab. The evening will conclude at 8 p.m. with the crowning of the Crescite Club King and Queen.
Admission to the festival is free. For those interested in setting up a vendor booth, rentals are $40, or $45 for a space with electricity. Registration forms can be picked up at K-Kountry 95-The Gift and Kiddie Korral Daycare, or downloaded online at www.Thayer-Chamber.com.
