West Plains Underground announces two May concerts

Posted

The Yellow House Community Arts Center will host a pair of live music events organized by West Plains Underground later this month.

The first concert is scheduled for May 16. The lineup features local West Plains acts Echo Tether and Forest of Torment, alongside Springfield-based bands TQRX and Faulter. Static Paisley and Duck are also slated to perform. Doors open at 7 p.m., and admission is $10.

A second show will take place May 30, serving as a canned food drive to benefit the Martha Vance Samaritan Outreach Center. The performance will feature Huntz and MarQ, with support from DJ ZerkLee. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. There is no entry fee for this event, though attendees are encouraged to bring canned food donations.

Both events will be held at the Yellow House, 209 W. Trish Knight St. in West Plains.
