FNBC has hired Pepper Morrison as vice president of treasury management services. She will be based at FNBC’s Mtn. Home West office, 175 West End Way in Mtn. Home, Ark.
In the role, Morrison will work with business customers on banking services that help manage money, payments and daily financial operations. She will also lead FNBC’s treasury management services division as the bank continues to work with business customers across the region.
“Pepper’s combination of treasury management experience, operational knowledge and commitment to customer relationships makes her an outstanding addition to our team,” said Rebekah Guiltner, executive vice president and chief operating officer. “Treasury management services continues to be an important area of growth for FNBC, and Pepper will help us continue providing useful tools and personal service to our business customers.”
Morrison has almost 30 years of banking experience. She most recently served as treasury management director at another financial institution in Mountain Home.
Morrison is also active in the community and serves as board president of Serenity Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Mountain Home.
