Ozarks Healthcare has promoted Megan Thompson to administrative director of ambulatory operations.
Thompson has built her career at Ozarks Healthcare, serving in roles including supervisor, manager and director. Her experience across several levels of the organization has given her a broad understanding of ambulatory operations and the needs of patients, providers and employees.
“Stepping into this role is both a personal and professional honor,” Thompson said. “Having been born and raised in this community, I have a deep connection to the people we serve. I am fully committed to the long-term success of this organization and the health of the community.”
